Patented Hirami Lemon Fermentation
The traditional fermentation method involves one layer of vegetables and one layer of sugar, and more than 60% of the enzyme is sugar! Hiraminano’s “Hirami Lemon Fermentation with Antioxidant Function” technology (Patent No. I664912) is a sugar-free phytobacterial fermentation technology that utilizes unique super-composite bacteria (certified by FEI, and registered by German Bacterial Library) in an extremely acidic environment, which not only greatly increases the active ingredients of the product (see the picture above), but also makes the product sugar-free and healthy.
Hiraminano uses the whole Hirami lemon for fermentation, preserving the nutrition of the peel and seeds, which cannot be replaced by just squeezing a Hirami lemon by yourself.
